BAS Animal Cruelty Task Force

On August 23, 2022 the Dickinson City Council passed, approved, and adopted an ordinance related to Animal Cruelty by adding definitions, regulations, procedures, and penalties related to animal cruelty and neglect.

Torturing, seriously overworking, abandoning, causing an animal to fight, or any other action or neglected action that causes unnecessary pain or suffering of an animal is prohibited in the city of Dickinson, TX  per ordinance Chapter 4, Article II, Sections 4-36 through 4-38
